  Cricket is one of the worst cell phone carriers. My father had a previous number with Cricket which he wanted to reconnect. The representative at the Park Avenue location reported it could not be done and provided us a "new phone number." We left the store arguing with the representative beacuse contacts from the previous owner had downloaded on my father's phone. She told us just to erase it and that the phone was going to reset itself and things would be fine. Days later, not only does my father have random people calling at all hours, text messaging and hitting up for his location, but it turns out this number belonged to someone who was participating in illicit activities. My father called Cricket customer service, and after giving us the run around, they told us to visit a store to have the phone number changed. We are now in the store also getting the run around. Don't do it! Don't sign up. It's a cheap wireless company and it shows. Update: Cricket decided to give him a new number and a "new phone." But the frustration, and run around has disappointed my dad.

  I've been here three times, and it's been closed for over an hour. I walk all the way here, and you don't serve me. How annoying! It's almost 2pm right now and it's closed! He estado aquí tres veces y lleva cerrado más de una hora. Camino hasta aquí y no me atienden. ¡Qué fastidio! ¡Son casi las 2 de la tarde ahora mismo y está cerrado!
