Ricky was knowledgeable, patient, and took the time to explain all my options without any pressure. Excellent customer service. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Ricky said he thinks it’s fun to try to get people as many discounts as possible so he pulled out all the stops. I left with a new iPhone 17 pro max with no payments for a year and only $17 a month after that, a better phone plan for the same price, a free apple watch (!), an extra $5 off disney plus, and threw in two free accessories because my data transfer took a long time. It was absolutely bananas! I’m super grateful and I’ll be recommending this place to everyone I know.

I was SHOCKED at what she had to pay for an upgrade compared to what I paid at AT&T, and how long it took for data transfer. my upgrade cost $7 a month. VERIZON charged her $27 a month, with a "deal" of $7 a month for the first year IF she paid $200 up front, which included an over priced case and screen protector. Wish I could have talked her into switching a year ago before she NEEDED a new phone. She would have been eligible for a better upgrade plan with AT&T.

Shane, from our first meeting was patient and informative but never "man-splaining" or condescending. I've had sales clerks talk to me in 3rd person!!! Ugh! Not Shane. So informed, personable, organized, appropriate and a Bruins fan to top it off!! Takes everything in stride. He had multiple customers when I was there and he took care of all of us with efficiency and professionalism. Great experience. I bought a new phone. Seamless! I'm very happy.
