- KTKaren TJan 3, 20265.0I had an excellent experience thanks to Devonte at the Woburn Verizon store on Montvale Ave. After wasting hours chatting with Verizon’s customer service team online with no resolution, Devonte stepped in and helped me set up a replacement phone quickly and efficiently. He also pointed out that I was eligible for an upgraded phone at barely any additional costs. This was not mentioned by any of the Verizon support staff that I spoke with online. Despite dealing with a long line of customers all day, Devonte was incredibly patient, friendly, and professional. He was multitasking nonstop and solving issues for multiple customers while maintaining a positive attitude the entire time. He was the only employee working in the store all day. It was clear he genuinely cared about helping people and making sure things were done right. Devonte is a huge asset to Verizon! I hope they appreciate his efforts!

He was understanding, knowledgeable & fast…saving me money on my plan AND showed me how to finish my purchase on my phone without my bank card! Every Verizon store should have a Shane!
