From the front desk, to the nurse, to the doctor, all the staff is extremely personable, kind, and thorough. I highly recommend services from VCA whitman especially because they provide so many updates and make it known that additional updates are available upon request. My leopard gecko is happy and heathy thanks to the phenomenal specialist they have that deals with reptiles. im so thankful to have found this AMAZING place. 17/10 bring your pet!!!!!! Our dog, Kico, can be a bit difficult when it comes to vet visits, but the staff here handled him with such care and patience. They made us feel so comfortable from the moment we walked in. The facility is clean, and easy to get in and out of, which made the entire visit smooth and stress-free. The staff is incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about animals, which shows in how they interacted with Kico. The vet was absolutely wonderful—compassionate, thorough, and took the time to explain everything to us. It's clear that they care about both the pets and their owners. Highly recommend this clinic to anyone looking for excellent veterinary care. We’ll definitely be back!
