We ended up waiting over 30 minutes each time, only to be completely ignored. As a loyal Verizon customer for years, I never expected such poor customer service. No one even acknowledged us or asked if we needed help when we left. Both visits were a total waste of time.
- CWCharlie W.Aug 3, 20251.0Liars. Went in for two simple upgrades. Took 4 hours to get the new phones working. They scammed us into changing plans with two free watches and no changes to our bill. They told us to bring all of the phones home until our watches came in. Now verizon is charging us for the old phones, we have no watches, we lost access to Hulu/Disney, they even charged us to remove the Hulu/Disney. My bill is now 1000 dollars because these individuals don't care about you. They sold us a bunch of lies and when you try to get ahold of someone at the store you get an answering service that can never get ahold of anyone at the store. 5 days of requested call backs with no response. I'm starting to look at legal courses now because I have text messages from the employees admitting fault and apologizing. Do yourself a favor and deal with a legitimate verizon location. They'll at least explain the changes that are going to occur. I would've told them to just focus the upgrades if I knew they were going to treat us like this. I see why everyone is leaving verizon in droves.
