    I’d like to relate to you a lousy experience I had at this Verizon store I had an increase in my bill and I wanted to get information why the person I dealt with couldn’t tell me the exact reason for it and also told me I didn’t have insurance on my 7 month old phone ( which was not true after I pressed him on that statement he was able to dig deeper) so I wonder what purpose Verizon stores serve ( other than selling devices) when the simplest task can’t be remedied

    Would give this store 0 stars if I could. Incompetence incarnate. Rude General Manager (Olivia) who does nothing but try and tell you that they had no hand in helping you on previous visits and staff that goes ahead and makes changes to your account without approval. Also, when I asked about switching to a lower priced plan, the first words out of the employee's mouth that was helping me was, "you don't want to do that." Avoid this location at all costs.

    Customer was good, phone stopped working and it seemed to be a simple change of SIM card fix, it was not. Phone was useless, they suggested I backup my phone and factory reset it and that should fix the problem or get a new phone, suggested iPhone 16 because that was al that was in stock, and would only cost me 30/month, when I asked about the 17 he laughed and said nobody has those right now, they are back ordered. Funny enough I went the the Westfield location and was treated to excellent customer serve and walked out with a free iPhone 17 pro max after my trade in. Won’t go to West Springfield location again!
