    Went to pay my bill. I also got information on how to switch a different carrier's phone to my account. They were very helpful. Most Verizon store sales people are not as helpful as this one was! Thank you so very much for your help!

    Great customer service- if you like inaccurate information and runaround answers. Plus, they'll send you to Walmart to get your phone fixed, because Verizon (the phone company) can't fix their phones. Even better! After all that, they have a customer service number you can call and try to get a manger to talk to. Come see Omar-Manuel at the Westfield Verizon, where they specialize in over-promising (you're bill for the whole family will be less than 250!) and under-delivering (you're bill is 450)

    When you walk into an establishment, you would think you'd be greeted or welcomed by at least one of the 5 employees that are standing there right in front of the store just staring at me like I didn't have pants on?? It was weird and uncomfortable to say the least. Like not one, employee said "Welcome to Verizon, or Hi, what brings you in today ??? ...like something??? But the weird and puzzled looks they all had mixed with the fact that no one said a word to me they just waited for me to state why I came in. It LEGIT felt like we were bothering them or something. If everyone's going to stand at the door, one of them can at least say something to a customer when they walk in to make them feel comfortable. .the experience was unpleasant and I wouldn't go back to this location.

    I am leaving a review of Verizon here because I can't find any other way to give them feedback. I bought a NEW phone, which was wildly expensive, it arrive later than they estimated. When it arrive it took HOURS to set up the phone (for whatever reason I have no idea). I finally got it to work, the next morning I wake up, doesn't work again. Can't text, can't open any app. I'm assuming that because the phone is literally brand new out of the box, it must be the service. It's horrible. Literally nothing works and I'm paying an arm and a leg for it. I've spent hours with their technical support but it is so frustrating and not working. I have no idea what to do. If you are thinking of choosing Verizon, definitely choose someone else. This experience has been horrible and wasted hours of my life.

    Drove over an hour to go exchange an iPhone 17 Pro for a Pro Max. Couldn’t exchange due to an issue customer service had to fix. The manager said she’d hold the phone ( lock it away with limited access). Got the issue resolved on the 26th after the holidays, spent 2 days calling the store and even booked an appt to make sure they had the phone before I drove over an hour. Finally got ahold of someone today the 27th and they told me they sold the phone. Great customer service Verizon , I’m a 26 year customer. The company has deteriorated. No customer loyalty at all.
