I started off at the Verizon in Holden, where I was blown off and sent to fix-it type place. This pass-the-buck process happened two more times and I finally landed at Verizon in West Boylston. I ended up needing a new phone but Arian made it a great experience. He took the time to look into the problem and troubleshoot what he could. He was pleasant and interactive, while remaining totally professional. The transaction took a while but he never faltered or looked bored or inpatient. I started to lose confidence in Verizon when I was at Holden but Arian restored my faith!
