Kept me on hold for a half hour never answered my question and when I showed up there they said “sorry we’re all booked up with appointments today you’ll have to schedule one” as if I didn’t spent the last half hour on hold trying to do just that.

I am writing to express my dissatisfaction and disappointment with the recent computer repair service for my computer, which was dropped off at Geek location 550 Arsenal St, Ste 2, Watertown, MA 02472, My computer was experiencing occasional glitches, but otherwise it seems to be working normally. The next day when I picked up it after the technician attempted to fix it, the issue has become worse and the computer totally damage. The technician did not provide a clear explanation, or offer advice on how to prevent future problems.I paid $ 179.99 to damage my computer that is unjustified. I am not recommended this place, I experience the worst customer service
