- DDde0021de0021Feb 12, 20265.0Great experience. I brought my phone first thing this morning because the touch screen wasn't working. Thinking I need a new phone. The gentleman was honest and did a few things to bypass to the main computer chip and rebooted it. It works fine now. They eaned my trust because all I know that they could tell me the phone is inoperable and try to sell me a new phone with add ons. When my phone contract is up in 6 months , I'll be going there for a new phone.

I just walked into the Wareham Crossing Verizon to finish up an online phone purchase for two lines, and the whole atmosphere was totally high-pressure and super shady. The salesman and manager duo kept tagging in, desperately trying to force us into a three-line plan we didn't need. They were showing us these sketchy, hand-written "deals" that were obviously way higher than the actual prices online. It was such a manipulative back-and-forth I finally snapped and told them, "Guys, we're trying to buy phones, not a used car!" The biggest red flag? They claimed the real official pricing was only available in some "back room." It felt like a blatant attempt to hide the actual cost. Skip this spot. Do yourself a huge favor and just buy your phone online or drive to literally any other Verizon store. Seriously dishonest business here.
