Store manager stated exact model and color was in stock but they were having “online issues” and to cancel the order and buy through them in store. Called Verizon customer service to check on this to which they said that stores do this so they get the sale. Before phone was able to be picked up they sold it to someone else. Rude staff. Blocked my number after I called them out on their practices. Sketchy business practice, beware. Update: It has been a nightmare and huge waste of time redirecting the order elsewhere. Save yourself the hassle and don’t order here.
