Started with Sam who was the most kind, patient, helpful person during me booking a consult with them. He was honestly so professional and I was grateful to have his help. Our visit with them was just as wonderful. We met Sam and he was just as great and met with Brenda Bouffard, DVM. Our kitty has dental problems and Dr. Bouffard, had so much empathy for our pet. So nice to see true compassion. I feel we are in the best hands possible. This office is wonderful. If you are in need of a vet, no question, please call them.
- CBCarmen BAug 26, 20255.0My cat was very ill and I made an appointment online and they called me to bring him even earlier and they took care of my cat and the doctors, technicians and everyone that worked there were amazing. My cat had to come every day for a week because he has diabetes and they made sure that my cat was being monitored and my cat is better. I appreciate everyone that helped my fur baby. VCA is one of the best hospitals that I have been to have no complaints definitely recommend this hospital to everyone that is looking for great care for their animals
- CFColleen FalzoneJul 22, 20251.0We have been going to VCA since 2011 with our three Cats. Always had a wonderful experience and relationship, So I thought ?We always paid our bill at every visit! My Jade, Jordan and Coby passed in 2023 and 2025. We then brought our new kitty Jax in June to Dr Brenda, who has always been our vet, as she is remarkable. Now Sam at the front has gotten to know me, and is so familiar with all my kitties. I prefer as a loyal Customer to speak with him! He has always said that it was no problem when I asked if I was bothering him. The girl Allison really hasn’t much of a personality and really isn’t pleasant. So when I called one day waiting for Sam to come on the phone, the office Manager, I believe her name was Janet, firmly tells me that I was not to just ask for Sam! Speak with whoever answers! Now I know this had to have been approved by Dr Brenda! Which if this was an issue I would have thought she would have brought it up to me herself. I also was curious and explained to the people at Jax’s new Vet what happened at VCA. They said they have Clients that prefer to speak to a certain person concerning their pet and it isn’t an issue at all! I can’t believe Dr Brenda never called me after so many years! She had said many times on different visits, how special we were to her?? Quess what ? it’s all about the money!!! 😔
- AOAndrew ObrienJan 1, 20235.0Words can't describe our thanks at the sensitivity and caring that the staff and doctors showed us when we arrived with our very ill dog. My dog had only been seen there a few times when he took a turn for the worst. The doctor and staff were already waiting for me when we arrived at the animal hospital. Their compassion made a difficult time for us so much easier for us and Mac. Thank you all so much.
