  Dear Dr. Gianoulis: We would like to thank you and the entire staff of VCA Lynnfield for the wonderful treatment you have given our German Shepherd, Baer. We especially thank you for referring him to Massachusetts Veterinary Referral Hospital in Woburn, where he underwent surgery for a blockage in his intestines (which turned out to be a missing sock!). Drs. Sanders and Frem at MVRH performed the successful surgery on February 2, 2026. We thought we might lose our Baer before he had surgery but everything went well, and he is recovering quickly and getting back to his normal self. In addition, we would like to thank Sam at the Reception Desk, who is always so kind to Julie. When Baer has an appointment, Sam always assists her with getting Baer out of the car at appointment time and helps her get him into the car when leaving. Many thanks, Donna Furtado/Julie Furtado

  I truly do not know where to begin to say how wonderful this entire group is to deal with. Started with Sam who was the most kind, patient, helpful person during me booking a consult with them. He was honestly so professional and I was grateful to have his help. Our visit with them was just as wonderful. We met Sam and he was just as great and met with Brenda Bouffard, DVM. Our kitty has dental problems and Dr. Bouffard, had so much empathy for our pet. So nice to see true compassion. I feel we are in the best hands possible. This office is wonderful. If you are in need of a vet, no question, please call them.

  I am so appreciative of the amazing, dedicated, hardworking staff at VCA by the lake. Our dog is very aggressive, reactive and timid, and they treat him so well when he has to go in. They always respect our wishes, handle him with care, and do a beautiful job. Our dog is very anxious so requires a lot of management when something goes wrong (injury, bandage, vet visit) and they always are patient and understanding with us. I never worry when we our dog is in their care. 🐾🖤

  This isn't the same Wakefield VCA, this is now the Lynnfield VCA by the lake. I have been to see them for three problems so far and I cannot say enough about the team here. My dog has terrible separation anxiety and usually flips out when we pull into the parking lot of any place I have left her before, but she's genuinely happy to see Dr. Field and her techs. Everyone is very gentle and understanding of her stress. FYI they do dental here. That's why I went in the first place, they were the only ones that would make time for her. Other vets estimated waiting a month for an appointment when she had a broken tooth with roots exposed. My girl was clearly very comfortable with Dr. Field, so I changed to make her our regular vet It is stress free to bring her here. They really care and call and text to check on her. Recently my girl ruptured her ACL and can't have surgery for months. I had a lot of questions about managing her pain and activities during that time, more than the techs were able to answer so the Dr called me and spent almost 30 minutes helping me navigate all the challenges at 7 pm! I appreciate that so much! To Dr. Field, you are Sukhi's favorite and mine too!
