- ALAndrew LawtonDec 28, 20251.0My wife was sent here by Verizon for a return and the store clerk Sean was extremely rude and refused to help her. He told her I don’t care what Verizon tells you I do not know how to process a return. He also refused to call his manager and was very condescending to my wife, assuming because she was in there alone and not with another male. Very poor customer service and lack of professionalism. Even if they are an authorized reseller and can’t do returns, the way he spoke to my wife is unacceptable. I wonder if sean would have that same tone and attitude with a male or only does he speak to women that way?
