I should have known to never deal with a “Authorized Retailer”. Not that Verizon Corporate has been much better (another story) but this Victra dealer is a NIGHTMARE! Incompetence would actually be a compliment. Mike is sleazy salesman looking to make a buck and fouled my account from the get go. It’s been 10mo since signing on and my account is still grossly being overcharged. Dee the “GM” is absolutely useless and literally didn’t lift a finger to help solve what is CLEARLY a problem. They all just hide behind “well it’s corporate fault”. This place should be investigated fully for predatory behavior. DON’T BUY! Real Irony is TMobile is right next door!!! I left them SOLEY because of a holiday deal and having fell for Mike’s sleazy ways. TMobile was light years ahead in Customer Service and cell service! Don’t make my same mistake.
