I made the mistake of choosing the room as far away from the router as it could possibly be. Not a big deal except I work remotely and when I tried to video call it looked like a slideshow. I rushed over to this Verizon location in a panic thinking I would have to move my workspace to our already cramped shared living area. Mike walked me through the process of adding a plug-in Fios extender onto my monthly order and now everything works beautifully!! Thank you Mike!!!!
