It took a bit to transfer the phone over but he was super polite kept conversation going to make the time pass. He seemed to be the only one working as a few people came in that he helped when I was waiting and was great with them. One person that came in that he helped seemed as he was the type of person you would never make happy. He kept it professional and made sure the guy was as satisfied as he was ever going to be. It was something to watch. He made the whole experience great even though I was there far longer than expected. I wish I remembered his name because he may have created one of the better customer experiences I have ever had

Got there and phone was not in stock and had no planned date for getting it. My order was then cancelled out of the blue with a message that said my order was cancelled because I had not picked up my order within 5 days. Except it was never actually there or ready.

I made the mistake of choosing the room as far away from the router as it could possibly be. Not a big deal except I work remotely and when I tried to video call it looked like a slideshow. I rushed over to this Verizon location in a panic thinking I would have to move my workspace to our already cramped shared living area. Mike walked me through the process of adding a plug-in Fios extender onto my monthly order and now everything works beautifully!! Thank you Mike!!!!
