  The verizon store on County Street is by far the best verizon store I've been to! My router and my phone broke during the storm and they were able to set me up with both! The staff is extremely helpful, courteous, and honest

  Let me describe the horrible experience I had at the Verizon store at 704 County St. Taunton Mass at Harts Four Corners on the 20th of February 2026. Earlier in the morning I placed an order over the phone with Verizon to pick up an additional cable box for my FiOS service The representative I spoke to was very nice, easy to understand, and the order was placed. She offered that I could pick it up at anytime today as there was a charge for shipping. She told me she would send me several emails and my order number was on the emails and when I went to the store to pick up the cable box all I had to do was give them the order number. So I drove the 45 minutes to the Harts four corners location to pick up my cable box, walked into the store, and there were 4 gentlemen working there with no other customers in the store. I waited and waited for them to ask me if I needed help but nobody said a word. I finally said can someone please help me and with a great amount of disdain one of the gentleman asked me what I needed. I explained the situation that I had placed an order and was here to pick up a cable box and he promptly replied in a rude voice “We don't have any pick up.” I had printed the emails that the phone representative had sent me with the order number and rolling his eyes he went to a computer where he obviously was having a problem finding the order and kept giving me audible exhales. He finally said to me sorry I can't help you there's no order in the system and I showed him the emails but he didn't care. I asked him can't you call someone and he said no that's your problem you have to call them. Well obviously quite upset I left the store. When I got home I called Verizon, got another very nice representative explained the situation and her reply was I don't understand what happened, everything is perfectly fine in the system. She then offered to call the store at Harts four corners and explain the order to the people in the store. She put me on hold for about 10 minutes and then came back and said I'm sorry Sir nobody is answering the phone at the store. I told her I would wait while she continued to try. Finally after another 10 minutes she came back on the line and said I'm sorry Sir nobody is answering. I explained to her that when I was at the store there were four people working with no customers. Then asked if I could go to a different store and I said I would. Customer service is dead at Verizon. No wonder they are losing so many customers. The employees at the Harts Four corners Verizon store should be ashamed of themselves they are terrible, but they are sure to collect their paycheck.

  Sean was absolutely terrific and helped me with my problem and got me out in no time. If you live in the area I highly recommend this location. Best I've been to around here for sure!

  Jordan and Sean are awesome! My husband and I worked with each of them on different days and we highly recommend them. They know what they’re doing and made the process of upgrading our phones so easy.
