- KRK RNov 11, 20251.0Got some help from Walid transferred back to Verizon with the guarantee that all of us getting new phone for free without turning in the old decixes plus new phone bill will be $180 something, and within 3 bill cycles we will get $200 credit back for each line in the plan(4 lines in total). Turned out left the store with new phones which not fully transferred and activated, we had to call the technical 3 times to finally able to call and receive texts. First bill was $505, and never got any credit back as he told us since. We have been texting, calling, and visiting the store a few times and all he and Dee the store manager did were texting us back with an excuse after another excuse of still working to situated it for us since Nov 8th and never heard back from them since. It has been THREE MONTHS, so disappointed. We have all information about crediting back in writing and will post them if we still not hearing from them by the end of this week. Unprofessional customer service ever.
