  9:59am guy inside wouldn’t open the doors till 10am making me & my INFANT & young daughter wait outside in the freezing cold…. just morally wrong so it says alot about the people doing buisness in there!!! dirty

  Great service very technical saved and helpful. I been goimg there for purchases many times plus phone and watch. Not cheap competitive and monthly rates are good. I trust verizion they are a good company. All the times I go there great service and very helpful patient

  Visited this store, trying to solve an issue, returning devices. There is no customer service provided by any associate that works there. I left more confused then when I arrived.

  They told us we gonna pay for 2 phones 110$ a month then we received bill 165$ they do that a lot never do business with you again

  Made my life more difficult. I was looking to add a new line and trade in a phone I did not have in hand. The sales rep upsold me on warranty by promising a $90 credit the first month which never happened. I ended up canceling it. $20 wasted. They also did not inform me that because I did not have the trade in available, they would put a random serial number into the system which later became my problem when I actually brought the phone to the store. Could’ve been an easy experience if this was all just communicated up front. Was not helpful, a different store helped resolve my trade in situation.
