We’ve been going to VCA Lloyd’s since we’ve had our dog, 7 years now. We went for his physical and updated vaccines last Friday. They wanted to give him 5 vaccines including rabies and I thought that was a lot but Dr Malick said it would be fine. My dog had a severe allergic reaction and we ended up at the Tufts Hospital twice with the last visit him staying overnight. Tufts was amazing and I can’t say enough about them! VCA Lloyd’s wanted to save time instead of spreading the vaccines out which had me concerned and ended up hospitalizing my dog and costing close to $3,000. I will not go back to Lloyd’s now and I’ve heard similar concerns from many other animal families that have since left. So disappointed!!

My cat ripped off the side of my air conditioner and escaped. He got into a toxin and animal control found him on tge side of the road and brought him here. Animal control could not find a chip but this hospital scanned again to find it and let us know. They don’t do round the clock care so they referred me to Tufts in Walpole. I was able to bring my cat there. He would have died if it were not for this hospital. He is now back home and has made a full recovery. You saved my Donatellos life. I am forever grateful!

I have been using vca Lloyd for quite some time now for my two Scottish fold cats.I called there today for an issue with one of my cats she is very needy and whining not normal for her.i tried to make an appointment just to make sure nothing was wrong I don't know who I spoke with but I was told the soonest they could see her was the 28th of this month crazy!! and 100% unexceptable for this issue. This is the only vet I use you would think they would have accomodated us.i immediately called Sharon veterinary that made accommodations to see us today. thanks vca!!!
