    The employees were friendly, but my experience was extremely disappointing due to dishonesty and lack of transparency. I was told I could upgrade to an iPhone 17 “for free” and that my monthly bill would be cheaper. At no point was I informed that transferring my data would cost $280—I only agreed because I was never told there was a charge. I was also told I would receive a receipt by email, which I never did. Additionally, my Apple Music subscription was canceled without my consent. A few weeks later, my bill increased to $400, including a $70 upgrade fee for upgrading mid-contract—information that was never disclosed. Had I known about these charges beforehand, I would not have upgraded my phone. I had just given birth and came into the store with my 3-month-old baby. Withholding critical financial information is truly inconsiderate and disappointing, especially when customers may be in vulnerable situations.

    Great service. I knew what I wanted walking in and the dust try to upsell me. Jardel was great to work with. Confirmed that what I wanted was in stock, answered a few questions I had about my bill, then activated the phone while I went shopping. All in all a smooth and efficient process. Would highly recommend this team.
