Idk how this never saved. Avoid this place like the plague. They used to have "authorized reseller" on the front to help discern from corporate. This was a year ago so fuzzy but my phone was locked out of my 2nd sim and the guy swore up and down I could unlock from Verizon. After a week of back and forth I just had to refund and buy an international phone via Amazon. During the refund, service was cold and they looked at me like I'm causing problems.
Even after I went to corporate the agents laughed and said "oh did Brian mess it up" (whatever the name was) and yeah.. he did.
So to the owner. You gotta figure your lane out and get this ship on board. ALWAYS go to a corporate store. This store can't help you

The employees are very helpful and super friendly, they greeted us right away and helped us with care. I highly recommend this Verizon if anyone is interested in great customer service!

My old Samsung Note 10 recently acted up and wouldn't charge. I knew it was an outdated model, had been constantly in use for access to the internet (substituting as our computer since the apartment is not wired for internet wifi), and was probably at this point too obsolete to save. But I'm a wimp. I'd rather have a root canal than let go of my phone. The thought that I might have to replace it made me downright ornery. I snarled my way into the Verizon/Russell Cellular store in Stoneham MA and met a super, upbeat, customer service rep - Fabrice Pyram assessed the problem, coached me through the solution, found a trade-in bonus to reduce overall costs, got a model with some extra memory (one I wouldn't have to wait days for), and transferred everything - data, files, contacts, photos, including tricky stuff like files that were not in the cloud - from the old Galaxy Note 10 to a new S25 Ultra. Not a single grumble fom him and wholly painless to me! Fabrice is a smart guy. He translates techtalk into commonspeak, asks how you use your phone and then matches you with a model, is well-spoken, incredibly helpful, good sense of humor, loves his work, and it shows. For anyone who needs a Verizon Store, go to Stoneham and ask for Fabrice. It was fun. Love the guy, love the phone.

Went in knowing pretty much exactly what I needed to do with exchanging and getting an update for me new phone. My guy Riccardo did a fire job. Either he owns the store or runs it. If not, then lets get him a promotion. In & out with my upgrade and new device in under an hr. Everything seemlessly transfered over. New phone... an additional camera, a stylist & seems like sound quality is better oit the phone speaker & in my ear buds. Amped about this switch. Thanks yall.
