  Verizon gives very little effort in making this store work. That's not just from our family but from the employees themselves who tell us each time we're there how bad this location is. Our current issue is we keep being told by a Verizon agent that someone who can help us set up home internet is there, but every time we go they tell us they're unqualified or don't know how to do it. I've already been avoiding Spectrum like the plague because they screwed me over about 6 or 7 years ago and haven't given them a cent since. I LOVED Verizon since because they're who I went to after that and they helped out a ton. This location though has been such a disappointment and unhelpful mess that Verizon is better off closing it down.

  Went to Verizon in Spencer today. Had sign in door that they where on break. This was at 3 oclock. Waited half hour, than 1 hour. Than out of curiosity I waited to see how long before it would open. I was standing outside the door and back and forth f on my car that was parked in front of door. watching 2 young woman and two young man in the store. Pointing and laughing that I was standing outside. At six o'clock they shut the lights and left out the back door. 2 other woman where in their cars very upset. One stated that the door had been locked since noon. Very rude and unreasonable.
