When I went in to purchase a new phone, both Michael and Nadine spent a fair amount of time with me explaining the various phone options. When I wanted a phone they did not have they were kind enough to contact a store who had one and book an appointment on my behalf. I highly recommend the Shrewsbury Verizon store!

Everything went smooth yesterday when I activated the phones but today the two line deactivated and my line and phone completely disappeared from the account. I went in the store at this location and spent some time getting the run around with tech support over the phone. As a team, Patrick, Nadine, and Mike were able to assist me in successfully activating my two lines that were ported from another provider. The three team members were patient, kind, and delivered the best customer service I have had in a long time. They kept me laughing in a very frustrating situation and I appreciate them so much for their efforts. You can always tell when it isn’t just a “job” and I felt the passion they had for helping people without them having to do much of anything. Thank you for your help guys and you are my new home store!

Although the store was very busy, Taylor greeted us and was able to see us quickly. She was great! Very knowledgeable and was able to help us with everything. All our data was easily transferred and multiple devices that were tied to this phone all are working without issues. Such a difference when you deal with a Verizon direct store and have help from 5-Star employees. Thank you Taylor !!
