All I'm looking for are empty 32-in TV boxes. I'm moving and I'm having an 18-wheeler van lines move my stuff. I want to secure my TVs in a good secure box not just any box and and you wait online and she asks you questions. The AI lady asked you questions and you answer her. I don't understand that. I don't understand that. I don't understand that you can let us talk to the real human beings in the store behind the scenes, not some call center in DC. Annoying. Let people have jobs instead of that stupid robot. If I did my job like that robot did I'd be fired
