  Best buy is not the great start used to be The price I just okay You can do much better online if you're not in a hurry. There's not enough people working there getting a question answered is difficult at best. You can buy an open box and returns in the store which of great values

  Had great help from Mike at bestbuy in Seekonk. I honestly didn’t know a thing about tvs, but Mike helped me pick out a nice new tv. Definitely recommend Mike for informative decisions.

  The 5 star rating is for the staff there. They're always polite, and can take care of any returns without issues. The store itself is nothing like it was 10 or 20 years ago. There's no excitement, or character to the place anymore. I miss the old days. That's the case for most major retailers now.

  I came in for a laptop with certain specifications for school and a strict budget and walked out having ordered delivery of exactly what I needed. The whole process was quick, easy, and painless thanks to Mike. (I know there's two Mikes, this one wore glasses and a really interesting silver snake ring). Received my laptop today, very pleased with my purchase.
