- GSG SJan 19, 20245.0While they somewhat tend to be overpriced and slightly under experienced for very advanced networking setups, they are for sure smarter than the average person and there some accountability in having Best Buy back this IT group that will make you feel more secure about having them set it up considering how many scammers are out there as independent contractors who will sneak into your firewall post setup… So where am I going with this, if you don’t have the time to figure this out than they are a no brainer to use.

The first time I made an appointment was at the Best Buy in Everett and they called the day of to say that they didn’t an actually have someone who could replace batteries. At least they saved me the time of actually going to my appointment. The person who could change my battery at the Best Buy in Saugus called out and they didn’t even call to let me know or cancel my appointment. Wasted 2 hours waiting before my appointment just for them to tell me once again they couldn’t do what my appointment was made for.
