  ZERO STARS!!!! DO NOT SHOP AT THE SAUGUS, MA BEST BUY! Ordered online, drove over an hour to pick up my order because shipping wasn’t available, got there and waited over 30 minutes for them to “find” my order, only to be told that they didn’t have it in the store. The explanation was that my order was “probably stolen on Black Friday”, almost a month before I ordered it. The customer service representative at the front of the store had a bad attitude, was immediately rude and offered no compensation or solutions for my trouble. I asked her to have my order mailed to me since they “can’t find it” and she said I “probably wouldn’t receive it anyway”. I then asked her to just cancel my order and refund my money and she refused and told me to do it myself because she wasn’t going to do anything I asked of her. When I became frustrated with her behavior she told me to leave the store. She even had the nerve to raise her voice and glare at me in an attempt to intimidate me. 100% disrespectful, rude and unprofessional! Clearly this stores employees are stealing peoples orders at Christmas time and charging the customer for items they don’t receive. It’s a felony for a business and its employees to steal customers orders. It’s an even bigger felony for the store to charge customers for items they never receive! Best Buy should launch a major investigation into whom they have employed at this location and why customers orders are being stolen after receiving notification that the order is ready for pickup. Then prosecute them to the fullest extent of the law! The best way for customers to avoid these types of problems is to NEVER SHOP AT THE SAUGUS, MA BEST BUY! Bankrupt the store and put them out of business! They are all criminals working there! Huge scam to steal money at Christmas time! This is true evil! These people are the worst of society!

  I was lied to by employees who told me they didn’t have cards in stock. I was there when they opened and was told nothing arrived. I looked up the stock on my phone and over the next half hour watched it go from 4+ to 0, 1 at a time. They wouldn’t even pretend to check in the back for me.
