He truly represents Verizon in a way that should be recognized and copied for all customer facing employees. His knowledge and attitude are tops and I have to say his charisma really made me feel appreciated as a customer. I went on 45 minutes before close and he greeted me enthusiastically. He had to fix whatever parked the Stoneham Authorized retailer store had caused and he was able to do so on only 30 minutes. (They told me to go and look it all up in the Verizon app after they collected my money, despite my questions). Even after the dedicated lines for activation were closed for the evening, Kyle was able to troubleshoot and reestablish service on my brand new phone. I have a wife and two small kids and he understood the urgency of the issue. Thank you much, Kyle!
