    I came in with a phone that was on its last breath. A bit stressed out to say the least. Darian was cool, calm, and collected and helped me through the process of getting a new phone. Great experience, thanks to Darian.

    Terrible location. Avoid these authorized Verizon retail stores. Ordered a phone for pickup that said it would be ready in as little as an hour. Arrived at the store the next day at 9:30 only to be told the phone wasn’t ready and wouldn’t be ready until mid day. We were the only people there!! Could they prepare the phone then for pickup?! Arrived the next day (2 days later), still not ready and “needed to be pulled from inventory” and we had to wait until all other customers were helped. Very unhelpful, unmotivated, inefficient staff (Jenice). We wait our turn only to be told by Jenice that she “can’t set up phones and needs a manager”. WHAT!!!! Why weren’t we told that on ANY of our visits?? And how can you work ant an Verizon store but not be able to set up new phones for pickup??? Also only one staff member every time we visited, who apparently can’t set up new phones??? Make it make sense! For simply picking up a phone that I paid for, it took three trips to Verizon and countless hours waiting and we still don’t have the phone. We will be reaching out to corporate because this is unacceptable. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!!

    Nathan deserves major recognition! He helped me through a complicated issue between corporate Verizon and an order I placed online had a number of issues in between. He did so with a calm and friendly attitude, ultimately solving the situation and helping me get my new phone. Top-notch customer service and just a great experience working with him, thank you again Nathan!

    Jenice, in the Quincy Verizon store on the Southern Artery, was my wonderful contact. Her customer service skills are excellent! She was extremely knowledgeable and patient explaining my upgrades and walking me through updating my passwords, etc. She represents Verizon with pride!!
