    A bunch of young kids that just want to upgrade your phones, plans and take the easy way out. Not helpful at all. Service has gone way downhill especially at this location.

    The whole process of transferring my line to a new account took 8 hours over two trips. Eddie was very fast and knowledgeable, but takes on too many customers at once. This seemed to elongate the process for each customer and hinder customer service. The process to switch home service into my mother's name after her husband died is non-existent. She had to sign up with a new plan and get a new router and had to go to the store 4 times for several hours each time. That's more time than anyone should have to spend setting up a service they already have.

    I went in yesterday to get my sim fixed in my new phone. I was able to use esim in the new phone but wanted my physical sim to work. I ended up leaving just using the esim because I was informed that was better anyways. I get home to find out the person I worked with also changed my phone plan without informing me while I was there. I think this is completely unprofessional and should not be allowed. I called back and was told that I'm saving money each month and have nothing to worry about. That my new phone needed a 5g plan because my new phone wasn't compatible on the old plan. Acting like he doesn't need to give me the full details of what and why things were changed without my consent. What makes no sense to me as well is I was already on a 5g phone plan with my old phone, so I feel as though he was being sneaky and lying to me. The esim wouldn't have worked and I always had 5g showing on the old phone. I will be calling back today demanding details of everything that was changed and the details of my old plan.

    Stay away from this store. I went in to get a new sim for my iPhone SE. I was first told I was probably out of data (I wasn’t, and still had data 7 days before end of period). I have a low data plan, no longer offered, and ALWAYS carry over data each month. Then I was told there have been many problems reported with the SE and that I needed a new phone. And BTW, they could put me into an unlimited data plan for the same amount. Then told SIM cards were no longer available. I left, and was called three times from the store which just happened to have an SE they could sell me. I’m sure they thought I was just an old lady, but they did not realize that I am a lawyer. DO NOT GO THERE.
