    Not a great experience with Verizon at Shops at 5. We went in to switch two lines over from T-Mobile and get a new low to mid-range phone for me. I figured I would be adding a new phone payment to a bill, but other than that was not told about any extra cost. Of course we find out that the phones they want to sell us are on "promotion" and virtually free if we buy one for each of us. We said no thanks but were pushed by store manager Sameer, who questioned us for being ok with a lesser phone rather than getting two "superior" phones. There was no discussion of what plan options would be. He simply looked at our existing bill with T-Mobile and said with the new phones the payment will be close to that and that he was getting us discounts that would be reflected on our first statement. At the end of the long process we were on the hook for $350 which included Sales Tax on the two phones and a never previously mentioned "concierge" fee of $80. We felt like we had been rolled. I am generally a saavy consumer but in this instance walked away feeling like I was sold a bill of goods. I am aware I signed the dotted line while feeling less than comfortable about the transaction so I own that. This is just a warning....If you must go here make sure you demand all costs in writing BEFORE you sign a contract. They seem much more motivated to sell certain products than to be fully transparent with the customer. I have since found at that Colony Place Verizon is under different franchise ownership and has a less sleazy sales process than the one at Shops at 5.

    I was recently at Verizon and purchased a iPhone 17. Jasmine was my saleswoman who was very helpful and friendly. She told me about the iPad promotion along with my purchase. When I returned a man named Eddy helped me setup my new iPad! He was very knowledgeable and personable. He showed me many features on my iPad and iPhone. I did not feel rushed and overall a wonderful experience. I highly recommend this store!

    Same experience as others recently. Went in and paid full price for a new phone to keep my plan as is. Recent bill shows a new line was added without my knowledge.

    A bunch of young kids that just want to upgrade your phones, plans and take the easy way out. Not helpful at all. Service has gone way downhill especially at this location.

    The whole process of transferring my line to a new account took 8 hours over two trips. Eddie was very fast and knowledgeable, but takes on too many customers at once. This seemed to elongate the process for each customer and hinder customer service. The process to switch home service into my mother's name after her husband died is non-existent. She had to sign up with a new plan and get a new router and had to go to the store 4 times for several hours each time. That's more time than anyone should have to spend setting up a service they already have.
