I finally found the help I needed thanks to Chris and Brendan. They both went above and beyond to help rectify several issues I was experiencing. Chris, in particular, was incredibly patient, and helpful, taking the time to make sure everything was handled properly. Customer service like that is hard to find, and it truly made a stressful situation so much easier. I’m really glad I stepped foot in the store, and because of the positive experience I had with them, I will definitely be back and would recommend this location to others.

Both times I went to store it was bad weather snowing. It did not matter what the weather was the overall experience was great. They were busy, and still took care of my non purchase needs. Technically tech service is not their priority, and they completed the task regardless.I am so thankful, and my friend Chris is as well. Great job!! Highly recommend this store and Brendan. Job well done!!!!!

He made a big effort to make sure I felt I was getting the best deal possible and to make sure I exited the store with my new phone working perfectly. He left nothing to chance. At no point did I feel I was just a number. He explained all the ways I was saving money and did not try to make me buy unnecessary things. Alas, Verizon is a business and not a charity organization, so I am sure they make their profit from the customers. It is all in how you present it and how you have to make sure the clients feel about their experience. At one point he was not sure of something and asked another associate. I am very afraid of people who claim they know everything. I prefer those who are not ashamed to ask, because they make less mistakes. He even laughed at my bad jokes, which instantly made him a great guy. Thank you very much Cam and enjoy your weekend.

Unfortuantely I couldn't complete my transaction b/c of a gift card through verizon but they were helpful, sympathetic and responsive. Next time I need anything I will definitely come here!
