The store told me I was required to turn in my current iPhone 11. Not happy. I got home and pictures would not sync- the store was good helping me get that fixed. They sold me a Pelican case with belt clip that performed Bradley- unit fell on the floor every time it was unclipped - they were happy to take back. Overall an ok experience- the guys in the store worked well to get me satisfied. D
