He was over 17 yo, and although we knew it was time, the staff provided us our time & privacy to say our goodbyes. We just received a sympathy card with personal condolences from the staff. A very nice touch. Thank you all!

I’ve been bringing her here for years for her nail trims, vaccines, annual dental cleanings, and have been in a few times for emergency visits/non-routine concerns. They know her by name and are always so great with her. Dr O’Donnell is phenomenal and Dr Dickey always does a great job on her teeth. She gets SO excited every time we pull in to see her VCA friends

I was very nervous because in the past, our dog has cried for days post-procedure. Our experience at VCA is the first time that hasn't happened. Yes, it was expensive, but it was more comprehensive than previous care we have received. I am very impressed with Dr. Dickey and team and am grateful for their level of care and care they had for our doggy.
