I don't know what Dom was doing before I asked him for help, but help is exactly what I got. Dom couldn't find the monitor I pointed out on my iPad. My bad. I was looking at the wrong store online. I settled for a different that I had been eyeing before, and after looking in like 4 different places in the store, asking at least 2 other employees, and following Alice into Wonderland, Dom found the monitor I picked. Thumbs up to Dom for his dedication. I worked as an order puller for a different company. It was my job to assist customers finding and delivering their requested items. I'm not sure what Dom's job title is, but whatever it is, he's killing it. I almost gave 4 stars because my last visit was a little disappointing. But this time I walked out excited to use my new gaming monitor. Also, shoutout to Luke for making the checkout smooth and getting the new monitor protected under my Best Buy Total Membership. Glad to see some common sense in retail. It's kind of a longer drive, but going to the Plymouth Best Buy is my usual for electronics. See y'all next time.

I made an appointment (that they never checked me in for and then texted me saying I didn't show up for) and I left with no answers or solution. Save your time and energy. Clearly there is no customer service training or support for employees in this store.
