  I would like to leave my honest review about Cricket. Every time I came to this location today, there was a sign on the door saying “Back in 30 minutes.” I came here three times today. According to Google, the store closes at 7:00 PM, but now I came again and everything is completely closed, lights off, doors locked — and it’s only 5:20 PM. This has been a very frustrating experience. I am already a Cricket customer and I’m trying to resolve an issue. When we call customer service, they tell us to come to the store. We come to the store, and no one is here to help. I needed to resolve this today, and after coming here three times and waiting, I still could not get any assistance. This is a very poor customer experience and extremely disappointing.

  Fahad was fantastic setting me up with a new phone. He took time to tell me phone/price options and set up my choice quickly. I was in and out in under 30 minutes and got a very good price. I had been a Verizon customer for 21 years and my first 20 months with Cricket have been very enjoyable.
