But when my elderly mother and I visited the store today about seeing about if there was a better plan after we remove a third line from our current plan- The employee ( who is always there ) told my mom " she was trying to be cheap, to go somewhere else if she thought she could get a better deal and not to look a gift horse in the mouth" as he laughed all those comments off. My mom had just lost her husband and this was about the removal of his phone which is not easy for her. So needless to say we left without upgrading our phones which we had intended to do as well. I'd choose a diffrent store if your able because this guy's a total jerk, and thinks he's funny. I can't imagine how he's still employed there if he treats people like this at 1130 in the am.
