James was super helpful, knowledgeable and nice. In addition to setting up the new device, he took the time to answer several other questions I had about my account/devices that hadn't felt worth the aggravation of getting past AI and to a live person over the phone. As a bonus, without making me feel pressured, James informed me that I had a great offer for Verizon internet so I ended up leaving with a modem. I walked in frustrated that I had to go to a store to do something I should have been able to do in the app and left being really glad I had to and was able to ask so many questions. James is the type of rep that cannot and should not ever be replaced with AI. **Sidenote: for anyone curious about Verizon internet... I hooked the Verizon internet up last night, which was SUPER easy and so far so good as far as connection goes =)

She called the main office and had my bill corrected after I was repeatedly unable to do so. I am grateful for her help. This Verizon location is one of the most helpful I have been to as an over 20 year Verizon customer. Thank you, Elizabeth!
