Sandro was very helpful with activating our new i-phones. However, I was disappointed when I got home and reviewed the receipt. He charged us $250 per phone to set them up, take care of the trade in, a basic phone case, charging block, a few cables and tempered glass with up to 10 replacements. He never explained the fees and I was under the impression we were paying for activation and taxes on the new phones and a modest charge for the services and accessories but I think $250/phone is price gouging. We still have to pay $40/phone to Verizon for activation. Just beware of the fees before you upgrade.

Outstanding customer service by Miguel Garcia, friendly service without all the upselling!
Got my new IPhone Air today and he set up everything for me and even helped me box up the old phone to send back.
Great service is hard to find nowadays, I would highly recommend going to this location for all your phone needs and you’ll leave a very happy camper.
This is my go to Verizon store going forward!

I had a great experience with Miguel Garcia in the North Reading store . He was extremely intelligent with his knowledge of cell phones .With myself being a Dinosaur when it comes to electronics he easily put me at ease with his knowledge. Got me a nice new phone and a better plan . Miguel needs to be recognized by all of you at Verizon. I won't go to another store now .Thank You Miguel appreciate all your help

I was scammed by a Verizon rep at corp via phone call to get tech help with my Samsung S model which is only 75% paid off. Of course fix was not possible so he offers to 'give' me free phone. I state multiple times I don't want an increase in bill. Phone arrives next AM and I can't backup profile to new phone due to 1% battery charge. I go to Russell store and owner reviews my acct and finds I am now paying $70 a month more for a new phone #. There is more but I'll skip it here. He puts me in NEW phone, transfers backup, contacts corp to get the replacement returned to corp. All with pleasant a pleasant demeanor and clear explantation. Other customers that came in seemed to be 'regulars'. That says something too.
