He responded immediately, and even offered to come out the same day. I was blown away how responsive he was. He arrived, quickly assessed what was going on, and soon thereafter had our Sonos system up and running. It was clear he is super knowledgeable and a total problem solver. He's also very reasonable in what he charges. Highly recommend!! I will use Greg again for sure!

He is very knowledgeable about all the newer technology and when I had problems (mostly caused by Comcast) Greg was able to figure out the issue and come up with a solution so that now everything is working great!
