Jorge at this location helped me actually resolve this billing issue once and for all, and perfectly installed the new screen protector. Thank you! I was dreading going into a store but decided to go to Verizon in North Grafton. When I got there it was pretty busy, but Lilly made sure to address everyone that walked in and let them know she would be with them as soon as she could. Lilly then proceeded to get multiple people taken care of with amazing customer service while she was waiting for phone transfers etc. Lilly, knowing I am on a tight budget helped me find a plan that worked for me, helped me transfer everything over , a few days later assisted with getting the correct credit applied to my account and also made some recommendations on how I could save money in other areas. In a world where customer service has gone out the window this was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend this store!
