The worst experience I’ve ever had. We paid for a whole year membership to get our PC diagnosed and repaired. The customer service rep told us we would get a complementary dusting/cleaning. The next day a staff member called us to pick up the PC and said it was simply just not updated when we opened the glass to look inside the same cake on dust was there when we asked for it to be cleaned the staff had stated they couldn’t take it apart to clean it. I could literally wipe the dust clump off with my index finger. When I said “I just took a clump off without taking it apart, why didn’t it get blown out?” He looked me dead in my face and said it was cleaned. When I asked for management I was told to wait and stood there for 15 minutes before finally just buying dust off to clean it myself. I mean our family is not big on complaining but common we paid $180 for some lazy staff to update the software. Like what?

Terrible service they act like you’re an idiot! They barely acknowledge that you’re waiting to taken care of! The short girl is just a waste of time! She sees two people waiting to be seen and just takes off in the back and closes the door

Second time having a terrible experience with costumer service, one tiny and short girl that works there doesn't know how to work with public, was giving me short answer and attitude like she didn't want to work, took her time settling my iphone and when was time to enter the password just bc couldn't remember right way, she told me my appointment is up and that she can't help me and that there was nothing that she could do. Not professional and friendly with people I had to spend my birthday without my phone by she didn't care.
