  Let me start this off by saying I’m not a review person. I don’t write reviews, ever. I work in the heavy construction industry, I’m lucky I know how to turn my cell phone on. But here I am…writing a review because I think all too often we are quick to share an experience that wasn’t absolutely perfect and fail to recognize when an experience was exceptional. All that being said, yesterday my girlfriend and I were out shopping for a 55” LG tv for our new home. Our first stop was Costco, where we completely struck out. I should’ve known better than to try and buy a tv from a place where there’s blueberry muffins in the next aisle and then truck tires in the next. Lesson learned. So that brought us to Best Buy in Dartmouth, MA. We walked to the back of the store where the televisions are and at the desk I explained I wanted a 55” LG tv, not the most expensive one and not the cheapest. That’s when Tony piped up “I’m the in house LG rep, I can help you” Sweet, off to a good start. Tony walked us right to the exact tv that Costco couldn’t provide, taught us a thing or two about televisions, didn’t try to upsell us on a bunch of BS we didn’t want and had our tv on a cart in less than 5 minutes. He’s extremely knowledgeable about the products he sells without being cocky. He doesn’t put off that IDGAF attitude like most people his age today, but demonstrates professionalism. 10/10 experience. If Tony sold spaceships there would be one parked in my garage right now. In fact, after work today I’m considering smashing one of my old televisions with a 22oz framing hammer just so I can go and buy another tv from Tony again. I dont know if this review will fall into the right hands as I tried for 15 minutes to figure out how to leave a review on the BestBuy app but apparently you need a degree in quantum physics but the guy deserves a raise for the buying experience he gave us yesterday.

  Placed a curbside pick up. Was ready within 15 minutes and when I arrived and marked the spot I was in they were out within 5min.

  Love this place because instead of looking online I can just walk in. Get my questions answered as I ask and then be shown the product and if they dont have it they will help me order it. Idk, maybe its just me but I prefer to go directly to a source rather than dilly dally online.

  Visited the Best Buy in North Dartmouth and had a solid experience overall. The store is well organized, with a good selection of TVs, computers, phones, and accessories. Staff was friendly and helpful when asked, without being pushy. Checkout was smooth, and prices were in line with what you’d expect from Best Buy. Not perfect, but definitely a reliable place for electronics.

  Description of Complaint: On 12/11/2026, I ordered an Apple Watch from Best Buy (Order #BBY01-807121451809). The delivery required a signature but was never delivered. Best Buy records show an in-store return on 12/20/2026 (Order #343 63 3875 122025), which I did not make. I never received the item and therefore could not have returned it. Best Buy initially stated my refund would be sent by check, despite payment being made via PayPal. No refund has been received. Best Buy later claimed the refund was already issued, which is incorrect. I escalated the issue under case #369757123 with no resolution. Amount Owed: $445.19 Desired Resolution: Full refund
