  These people are straight up idiots. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. You make an appointment online to get something repaired, They don’t even have the part for it so they have to order it, you ensure that they have the correct phone number and they don’t even call you. I had to call them and check on my order, then they had the audacity to call me two days later after it’s been sitting there for a few days seeing if I don’t come down that it’s gonna get sent back to stock. Online it says that it’s open on Sunday but when you call, it’s closed on Sunday. I got told on the phone that it would take an hour to two and then when I get there, they tell me three hours. So then I try taking the part to Apple where the part came from to get it fixed in a timely matter and they wouldn’t even give it to me. They canceled my order and then wouldn’t even fix my phone after they canceled the order within the hour because Apple’s expecting it back. They are full of lies, extremely unhelpful. Apple should definitely not be working with the squad.
