Another Best Buy location had told me they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have any techs trained for my phone (a phone call before I drove to the appt would have been nice). But I quickly made an appointment with this location and they got me right in!

One time the chat was disconnected, the other I was lied to and then hung up on. I had to go to the store to attempt to resolve anything. On each trip to the store I was given a different answer. In addition, if you are not given the unlisted phone number and extending, you will never get a hold of someone at a store
