Brought my iphone here for a battery replacement, and yes, I called ahead . I spoke with someone in geek squad who explained the process to me. Including how the back of the phone needed to be examined for cracks. I was told the focus would be on the back of the phone only . When I arrive, they examined the front and back then rejected it….due to minor cracks on the front. I wouldn’t have even drove out there had I known they consider the front’s condition .
The associate working at the time, when I handed him my phone, he grabbed it as if it had a disease attached to it. I regularly use wet wipes on my electronics but left them at home that day…. My apologies !

Always a great exsperience. Nice help, is annoying every item people have to get and follow you. But gotta do that because of thiefs. Best customer service of any modern store. I purposely go there give them my business, because i hope they stay around, last great electronics store

There's no way to speak with anybody in store over the phone. Every time I make it through the AI obstacle course nobody can help my with fixing my phone that a paid extra for the warranty. I had to convince the geek squad associate that my warranty was even a real thing because he tried telling me it was only for internal damage and attempted to get me to leave the store. Eventually I did leave with no help and was told I need to handle it on my own and then was told to go back to a different store once I tried am handling it on the phone. Also they spelt my email wrong and I had to merge the accounts myself before anything could be done at all.

The store is always neat and organized. The staff and customer service has always been great at this location. The Geek techs are also amazing and always eager to help solve problems. I have used the Geek services on 2 occasions at this location. I highly recommend this BB location.

For some reason the customer survey was not coming through so I just wanted to thank Jeremiah Pickett and Phil for helping out with our tv selection. They loaded it up into the car for us as well. All the staff was extremely polite and professional. If you’re in Mass i would recommend going out of the way to visit this Location in North Attleboro!
