  Sales people way to pushy cant let you shop and look around at tv's alone they think your on a field trip talking to you telling you to buy this one its better I say its my money ill buy what I want quit following me and talking let people shop when im ready ill tell you

  Had a great experience at the Attleboro Best Buy thanks to James! He was incredibly helpful in finding the right SD card for what I needed and made the whole process quick and easy. It’s always nice to run into someone who’s knowledgeable, patient, and genuinely willing to help. Really appreciated the great customer service—definitely a 5-star experience!

  I was quite traumatized when my 8-year-old IPad stopped working. I went to Best Buy and was given good advice and customer service, and I now have a fantastic new IPad. Specifically, King Julien and Thaly were extremely friendly and knowledgeable in helping me choose the new IPad, and Gary Skitt and Brayden Bishop of the Geek Squad made setting it up easy.

  Had a great experience at Best Buy Jeremiah P at the home theater section helped me with finding a the samsung freestyle projector. He was polite and knowledgeable about the products as well.

  I bought a dishwasher and within 2 years it completely died. LG has the absolute worst customer service and would not respond. Best Buy would do nothing for me because I didn’t buy a protection plan even though through LG there’s a 5 year warranty. It literally burned and could’ve started an electrical fire if my breaker did not trip. I am so unhappy. I will be taking my business elsewhere.
