    I want to give a huge shoutout to John at Verizon Wireless for going above and beyond with my recent trade-in and device upgrade. From start to finish, he has been incredibly patient, kind, and genuinely committed to helping me get everything sorted out. I originally picked a device that didn’t have enough storage, and John handled the return and helped me order the correct phone for pick-up at my local store. When I kept running into customer service issues and couldn’t get through to Verizon myself, John personally called multiple times on my behalf to resolve things. The biggest issue came when my $800+ trade-in promotion was incorrectly showing as only $76. John stepped in again, contacted Verizon directly, and made sure I received the full trade-in credit I was promised. He made what could have been a stressful experience completely seamless. John is incredibly patient, knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares about his customers. I highly recommend working with him.hm He’s one of the best!
