  Had a great experience at this location. I went in 3 times trying to figure out whether I wanted to make the change in carrier service. Sia was great to work with. She was personable, patient, and did not make me feel pressured or pushed to change carriers. If she was unsure of an answer, she would consult with her supervisor and follow up with me. Wrenn was wonderful too when I went in with a concern. I feel confident I made the right decision to change service providers.

  Absolutely amazing experience. I did not know they opened a verizon in New Bedford. I was worried my phone stopped working and I would have to pay an arm and a leg for a new phone. Sia was very patient with me I explained my situation, she explained to me I'd be able to get the newest Samsung without effecting my bill and I didn't believe it at first but she explained how it works and we went through with it. She was able to transfer everything for me worry free! I recommended seeing her if you plan on coming here, great service.
