  Go to a corporate store. This is a franchise who operates under shady business tactics. Shady sales practices in this store. Will be filing a complaint with Verizon corporate; the FCC; and the Massachusetts AG. Gave the manager numerous opportunities to fix the bill. This was met with numerous misrepresentations and lies. Despite multiple promises no actions were taken. I am now going to proceed accordingly. Do not fall victim to their lies - look for a Verizon corporate store.

  Had a great experience with Wren today. Helped me with a few issues and all of them were resolved today. I have also had a good experience with everyone else as well on diffrent occasions. Honestly ...would recommend this location hands down! Thank you Wren. S

  If you want to be scammed this is the place to go. Rithie kept me there almost 2 hours supposedly changing my plan to add the 2 watches I'd bought. He convinced me to return them and buy watches from him saying we'd only pay taxes and be locked into paying the plans for 3 years. He said that qould be around $40 and there was also activation fees but he'd get his boss to waive them once they came in. the watches were also older than the ones I'd already bought and my daughter's birthday was the next day and I really wanted to give her one on her birthday but he told me it would help him out and save a lot of money too so I agreed. The next week when the watches came in, I asked how much the taxes were so I'd bring enough money. He told me it was $360! $280 for taxes and fees plus $20 per device in store cost and $40 activation per device! I was blown away I asked him why he lied and he said he had to go because I was "talking in circles" I asked for a call back from his boss Isaiah which I never received. So I now had to go buy the original watches I'd already returned and activate them, when I tried to do that, Verizon told me that he never even made the changes to my plan he said he did. Instead he'd opened another account with only my husband's phone and never closed the original one or added the watches so now I had 2 plans paying way more than I did to begin with, just a mess!

  I went there yesterday and had a great experience with Wrenn. I walked in with a phone with a virus and walked out with my phone back to normal. Easy to work with. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Will definitely be going back to this location if I have any questions, problems or to get any upgrades Thank you kings highway location!
