  I had a very good experience today at Apple Store two very helpful gentleman helped me Wasif and Randy as the screen protector company sent me a wrong product and I’d have to have the hustle to send it back but they sorted the problem even-though was not there mistake. Very happy that they fix it.

  I gave 5 stars to the staff working in this store, except the store manager, Jackie, to whom I would gave zero star. She is very rude, oppressive and aggressive. My phone is two weeks out of warrantee (bought last December) and had hardware issue needing repair. I told her that my phone had heating up issue when only a few months old and I had to come to the same store to check it out - never had issue with iPhones I used before. She said it is because the 2016 phone uses titanium material so I could feel heat more. I said my husband had the same iPhone but did not have the same issue. This is when she became very angry, accusing me speaking over her and interrupting her. When I asked her colleague to give me an estimate of the repair cost, I shook my head (unconsciously, natural reaction to the situation at the time). Jackie asked me why I was shaking my head. I was in disbelief at the question and asked if I had the right to shake my head. This was she asked me to leave the store and if not, she was going to call the security. This is really unbelievable experience that I have ever had in my life! Something is so wrong with this store manager, Jackie!
