  Worst experience ever. My phone was getting stuck and I just wanted someone to take a look.I saw a lot of openings online so I didn’t book any thinking I can just walk in and fix my phone. Walked in no one came and I reached out to two employees before they directed me to their “manager” who could help me book an appointment to get it fixed. But before she said I had to get my phone updated ( which I was hesitant because it was right after the last update that my phone started to get stuck) . She gave me no explanation or reason but just said you have to update to get an appointment. All right….. so I update and she books one for me saying I can just wait 30 min, someone will call me once it’s my time. So I waited and came to the store 30min later, where I had to find another store assistance who said I didn’t make an appointment…..?! After going through 3 people it seems the manager booked me a phone interview instead of a in person. So basically I wasted an hour and got nothing looked at and a more slower phone. Honestly apple look at these reviews if you want to keep your customers you need to change this stores service quality.

  Well, my dad always to tell me if you can’t do a job. Don’t do it at all anyways my experience with this particular Apple Store the woman spent about two minutes working with me and the rest of the time she quit working with me and I was on my own for over an hour. I would say I would ban her from working on my products ever again. I know she did was talk about her own boring life how she was an athletic person. She looked like someone that thought she had Authority but she didn’t know how to fix anything. Did she? She avoided her job completely that’s what I would say about Apple and Natick avoidance. They don’t know what the heck they’re doing.

  Cedric was so helpful and above and beyond. He helped me with syncing my data, setting up everything on my new phone, and made sure I got what I needed. A technician, Naha (I am not sure about her name but it starts with Na) was very professional as well. She was able to help me right after I checked in with an employee and let me know what’s the problem with my phone and provided suggestions.

  Absolutely useless staff. Bad experience with trying to fix a phone where my battery was swollen. First person basically only wanted to sell me a replacement phone instead of changing the battery and saying it was a hardware problem. You're not a tech, why are you telling me that? Was not satisfied with that staff member and came back and spoke with someone else the next day. He wanted to replace the battery AND the whole backing with the logic board and everything for almost the same price as a replacement phone. Yeah, no thanks. I went to Cellaxs repair a few shops down who replaced the battery and showed how swollen it was. Nothing else was wrong with the phone. This store just wants to "fix" stuff thats not broken for a lot of $$ or sell you a replacement phone for also a lot of $$. Go elsewhere to fix your phone.
