I personally went in for a return and possible purchase. These situations take up a lot time for the very limited staff. They do their best with the manpower they have, and maintain patience during. Customers should remember that when getting frustrated. I did for a moment myself but recognized it and made sure to thank them sincerely. They were courteous, respectful, patient, and I had very positive experience during the Christmas shopping season. Thanks guys at the Millbury MA store!
