  I do not often write reviews but felt compelled to make the effort after my visit here this past week. I have been to this Best Buy location several times over the past 8+ years since it opened so am familiar with the routine and the wait times/appointments. Never a bad experience. This time, I was desperate as the "pop-up" keyboard in my Android phone just disappered so I could not text, email and then when the screen timed out and the phone locked, could not open. I googled and tried everything. So off to the Geek Squad - without an appointment- and Brandon was both patient and helpful. He helped me out between the customers and solved the issue. It took some real tech finagling and familiarity; both of which he had and in about 15 min he was able to figure a work around/download over the Samsung factory install. Saved my day, saved a lot of time and he did it with a calm smile. Thanks Brandon for the consult assistence and I hope your Team Leader knows what a great job you do!

  I usually don’t leave bad reviews but this location was extremely disappointing. Made an appointment online for an iPhone screen replacement. Nobody contacted me the day of, so figured my appt was all set. When I arrived a female employee told me that they did have the parts to replace the screen, but the one tech who is trained to fix iPhone 13’s “wasn’t in and wouldn’t be available for a couple days.” She also told me it would take 4 hours to fix. Would have appreciated a phone call ahead of time to let me know they couldn’t do it that day before I had driven the 30 minutes. Made an appt with another Best Buy location and they fixed it no problem within 2 hours! They have never heard of a tech not being trained on certain phones. Think she just didn’t want to do anything on a Friday. Will never be back to this location and do not recommend.

  Made appointment a week ago. They factory reset the phone only to learn that they did not have the screen to replace it. So now we have a phone with a screen that does not work (why we went there) that has the welcome screen and cannot be used. I now have to get an Apple appointment or call the same Best Buy to see if a screen comes in.
