- SRStephanie Reynolds5 days ago1.0Went into the store to purchase a phone through a new line at Verizon. The process took over 4 hours with most of the time just sitting there unnecessarily. I did not realize this store is not a Verizon wireless store despite it says Verizon all over it. We were charged $45 each for 2 lines for a phone set up fee. I asked multiple time what the fee was for and I was told an activation fee. We would never have paid $90 for someone to watch us wait for our phones to download from the cloud. I have a Verizon work discount which they couldn’t help me with and a 25% off discount on products which I didn’t get. We’ve had iPhones for a decade so we know how to activate them. Then we are also charged $40 each for Verizon activation fees. Please be aware that this is not a real Verizon!! It’s an independent contractor.

He was personable, patient , Knowledgeable and just an all around great guy that I felt like I could trust 100%. He upgraded three of my phones and transferred everything over, couldn’t have been easier. There was still one that needed to be activated and I told my wife not to go anywhere but the MEDFORD store and deal with STEVE C. If everyone treated people like Steve did , the sales world would be a better place .
