    I walked in and waited for 20 minutes. No acknowledgement or hello or it'll be this long when we can see you. We said I guess we will just go to another store and the guy finally looked up and said bye. No it'll only be this much longer or sorry for the wait or hello? Crazy

    They said that they were giving me a phone “for free” (plus like $200 in tax) for trading in my old phone, and then they charged me $700 later down the line.

    When I upgraded our cell phones I was given 2 Apple Watches for "free". I was told by the salesperson that all I had to pay was the tax that day. Turns out the watches were anything but free and I was charged $40 a month for the two watches for a long time, until I reviewed my bill to find out why it was so much higher. When I realized what was happening, I went back to the store to remove the devices. The new manager said that the salesperson I had worked with had been fired and that he couldn't help me and I should call Verizon myself. I called Verizon and was originally told I needed to pay hundreds of dollars to pay for the devices. I refused and filed a complaint and was finally refunded after hours on the phone. This is not a real Verizon store but a Verizon reseller with salespeople that trick you into buying things you don't need and managers that won't help.
