We told the agent (Anthony was his name) we wanted to upgrade a phone and knew which one we wanted. We were told by him, that we would have to come back tomorrow as he wanted to make sure he left on time in an hour when they closed, so he was not going to do upgrades or sell phones for the rest of the night. What is the actual point of being open if you aren’t willing to help customers? We drove to Hyannis and upgraded the phone at a Verizon store instead of here. I would not suggest going here and will not upgrade anymore phones at this location since it’s obvious they do not care.
